Very good!! It is so nice to read works from the past(near past & long past) where people show that they are forward thinking long before it was 'fashionable'
Every generation needs a "friend of man" to show how ridiculous everyone else was!!
It is easier to scorn,harder to be a friend.
I remember seeing the last two lines quoted somewhere ( fridge magnet probably) but now that you have it here with the name of the poet (not familiar to me) it's nice to read it in context.
Love this - gotta hear more from Sam!
